Eric Always Felt Trapped Inside His Own Body When He Was a Female
“I had no idea what was going on. I had no idea why I hated my body so much. I had no idea why I felt so ashamed of my body. Once I hit womanhood I sort of started trying to play the part and dress as female as I could, present as feminine as I could to see if that would help me feel better about myself and it never worked.” — Eric.
Eric’s transition started with a haircut change to a shorter one, followed by administering male hormones. He got a double mastectomy performed years later. And, now, he is the father to his five children alongside his husband.
